At many companies, a “Solutions Architect” spends all day behind a screen coding. At SalesCloser, the role is far more dynamic. You are a bridge-builder, an educator, and a strategist.

You won’t just be building AI agents for clients; you’ll be teaching clients how to build their own. Your goal is empowerment. You guide new customers through the setup, configuration, and optimization of our conversational AI platform, ensuring they have the “keys to the kingdom” to scale their own sales operations.

Key Focus Areas:

  • The Onboarding Journey: You own the experience from the initial kickoff call to the final handoff to Customer Success.
  • Strategic Translation: You help businesses take their complex sales goals and translate them into efficient AI workflows, prompts, and inputs.
  • Technical Enablement: You demonstrate best practices, ensuring customers don’t just use the tool, but master it.

A Day in the Life

As a member of our global team, your day will involve high-level collaboration across several departments, including Sales, Technical Account Management, and Customer Success.

  • Leading Onboarding Sessions: Hosting live demos and workshops to show clients how to configure their AI agents.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying knowledge gaps in a client’s workflow and providing the documentation or training needed to bridge them.
  • Project Management: Overseeing timelines and milestones to ensure every client launch is a “win.”
  • Collaborative Innovation: Working with a diverse, multi-cultural team to improve our internal quality standards and onboarding playbooks.

Is This You? (The Ideal Candidate)

We are looking for a communicator who “speaks human” but understands technology.

  • Experience: You have at least 3 years in client onboarding, implementation support, or customer success.
  • The “Teacher” Gene: You have a proven track record of explaining complex, semi-technical concepts in clear, simple language.
  • Mindset: You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a “client-first” mentality.
  • Global Fluency: You are fluent in English (additional languages are a huge plus!) and comfortable working in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
